Health & Wellness Pilot

In this new store format, Walgreens made a strategic decision to move the pharmacy to the front, allowing for a better customer flow but also creating a more open and inviting environment. The brand package focused on improving visibility and ease of navigation, making it simpler for customers to identify key departments and services.

Clearer, more prominent wayfinding was incorporated to highlight important areas, such as the pharmacy, beauty, and wellness sections. A new system of hanging aisle markers were introduced to enable faster product recognition. Additionally, signage was created to support new store concepts, including self-checkout at the front registers and self-check-in at the pharmacy, ensuring a seamless and modern customer experience from entry to checkout.
